Before using the NWPL Websites owned and operated by Nutralive Wellness Pvt. Ltd (referred to herein as "NWPL," "we," "us,” and "our”), please carefully read and understand these Terms and Conditions of the "Agreement." By accessing nutralivewellness.co.in/web or any other NWPL Websites, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please refrain from using any NWPL Websites. NWPL reserves the right to change this Agreement at its sole discretion, with notice provided through reasonable means, including posting the revised Agreement on the NWPL Websites. Please review this Agreement periodically, as your continued use of the NWPL Websites indicates acceptance of any changes.

Grievance Procedure
Users (customers/distributors) can submit grievances through two methods
  • By completing a grievance feedback form available in the website footer.
  • By opening a support ticket and selecting "Grievance" as the Nature of Ticket.

If customers/distributors encounter technical issues while submitting a grievance, they can contact us directly at +91-9958746222 or via email at nutralivewellness0@gmail.com.

Support Ticket

Active customers can raise a grievance request by logging in, navigating to Support Ticket, selecting Open New Ticket, and choosing "Grievance" as the Ticket Nature.

Grievance Redressal:

Upon receiving a grievance request, our grievance department will respond within 48 working hours via the support ticket system to address case-related matters. If the customer/distributor does not respond within 30 days of receiving the department's reply, the issue will be considered resolved.
